How long will it take for my order to be ready?
Place your order before 12:00 p.m. and pick it up the next day or order it for delivery and receive it in 2 days. If you placed your order before 12:00 p.m., and selected the pickup option, you can pick it up the next day. We will send you a text message as soon as it is ready.
What should I bring to pick up my order and what is the pick-up process like?
You must bring your ID and invoice number. When you arrive at the store, you will not need to wait in the regular line to pick up your merchandise. You must go to the area identified with a CP+ Express sign.
Do you deliver island-wide? It is free?
- We deliver to your home or work anywhere on the Island.
- Orders over $35.00 will receive free delivery. For orders under $35.00, a $5.00 charge will apply.
How can I make a return or claim warranty?
Returns, core deliveries and warranties must be made in person at any of our branches.
